Initial Visit
60 minutes
*Comprehensive pre-session questionnaire to assess psychiatric history, medical history, lifestyle habits, and goals for treatment
* 60 minute initial consultation
* Follow up appointments scheduled as needed (25 or 50 minutes)
* Treatment can include medication management and/or psychotherapy
* Can include ordering of follow up labs (separate fee charged for test and lab review)
* Can include genetic testing to optimize medications (separate fee charged for test & lab review)
Follow Up Appointments
Medication Management
25 minutes
Appointments are set after the initial visit to evaluate medication treatment effects. Also includes brief psychotherapy to continue to address individualized wellness goals. All visits are online.
Talk Therapy with or without Medications
50 minutes
Appointments are set after the initial visit to include customized therapy to help you advance towards your wellness goals. All visits are online.
Lab Review
Basic lab work: Cost of lab testing-->billed to insurance (copay may apply)
Lab Review Fee — $75
Genetic Testing: Cost of lab test —> billed to insurance (copay may apply)
Lab Review Fee — $150
Addiction Treatment
I offer specialized addiction treatment services, including the treatment of opiate dependence, alcohol dependence, use of stimulants, and most other substances. I provide addiction treatment for Adults and Adolescents. All visits are online.

Supervision/Collaboration
Dr. LaFrenierre is available for advanced practitioner supervision and/or collaboration based on state licensing guidelines. She has many years of experience teaching, supervising and collaborating with APPs. She is also available for peer-to-peer supervision or case consultations. Please inquire about rates.

Once insurance information is received, an eligibility check will be completed within 1-3 business days. You are responsible for any costs associated with co-pays, co-insurance, or deductibles. An invoice at the time of service will be generated for patient payment responsibilities.
I also accept private or self-pay patients. Many insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits, which may allow you to be reimbursed for services rendered by Resiliency Psychiatry and Addiction Treatment. A superbill for insurance submission can be provided on request.
